Our team brings together decades of experience in the automotive glass industry, with deep knowledge of industrial forming processes such as gravity bending, press bending, and lamination.

Capabilities
- Shape analysis: evaluate forming strain, coating strain, flat glass dimension, curvatures and double image
- Forming simulation: predict optimal tooling design for gravity, internal, and external press-bending processes, accelerating development, reducing prototyping costs, and ensuring performance tailored to each forming method
- Lamination simulation: evaluate stress distribution, interlayer strain, and shape changes to ensure durability and minimize risks of wrinkles or delamination
